No health insurance? You will be taxed

The RNC released a new ad claiming President Obama's health care reform plan is a big tax increase. The ad declares:

"Barack Obama and Democrats promise that health care reform will lower costs, but their plans deliver increased taxes ... They've even proposed a tax for not having health insurance."

FACT: The Democrats' bill will NOT tax Americans who already have health insurance.

FACT: Americans who fail to become insured WILL be required to pay new tax penalties.
