STEP 2:
A House-Senate Conference Committee will try to work out a compromise between the two groups of Congress, in consultation with the White House. (COMPLETED)
STEP 3:
The new compromise bill then has to be approved in identical form in both chambers of the Congress:
the House (COMPLETED) and the Senate (COMPLETED).
STEP 4:
The bill (passed in identical form in the House and Senate) will go to President Obama to sign in to law. (COMPLETED)
STEP 5:
President Obama signs the Health Care Reform Bill in to law. (COMPLETED)
